Abstract:
This paper presents a model-driven multiobjective avionics system optimization method developed over six years at its final destination, the application in real-world integrated modular avionics systems. It documents the methods, the application scenario, and the results of large-scale optimization studies carried out for the Airbus A350 peripheral acquisition system. The results predict that a significantly lighter system could be possible.
