With regard to the above titled paper (ibid., vol. 20, no. 10, pp. 2760-2768, Oct. 2011), the authors have corrected some formulas that are affected by small errors (shifted indices, etc.). These errors had not been detected earlier, because the descriptions made the right ones rather evident; however, it is necessary to correct them. The corrections are presented here.
