Abstract:
Electro-hydraulic servo valve, which is a key component of electro-hydraulic servo control system to control the hydraulic actuator, connects the electric part and hydraulic part of the system. Both nozzles and orifice parts are important parts of the servo valve, and the flow characteristics measured under differential pressure is directly related to the performance of the servo valve. Because the size of the nozzle is very small, it is difficult to measure directly. Usually, nozzles are measured by their flow characteristics. Double nozzle flapper valve is of symmetrical structure, and in one valve it needs a pair nozzles of the same performance The process of nozzles matched in pairs is called pairing process. Based on the study of pressure-flow rate characteristic, we propose an automatic paring algorithm which can meet the needs of the symmetry structure requirements of valves, considering the characteristics of the servo valve nozzle pressure-flow testing measurement. Not only can we match nozzles efficiently, but also to achieve optimal matching process and result.
