This paper presents IDUVis, an interactive visualization tool for the analysis of the VAST 2019 Mini-Challenge 1 dataset. Four connected visualizations compose the tool: a timeline for temporal overview tasks, choropleth maps for spatial overview tasks, horizon-histograms for comparing data distributions and uncertainties, and steamgraphs for details on-demand on how distributions change over time. The timeline allows selecting specific time ranges for analysis, while maps and histograms allow selecting locations and categories to visualize their distribution over time with steamgraphs.
