Abstract:

This work introduces a compact voltage reference operating at pW-power and 250-mV supply (e.g., direct harvester-powered). Body biasing assisted by replica biasing enables 25μV/°C temperature coefficient, 140μV/V line sensitivity, and 0.42mV process sensitivity in 180nm. 2.55-mV overall accuracy is achieved at 2,200μm2 area, without trimming.
