Abstract:

Slack Rails, which are made of foam rubber, can offer a simulated experience of using slack lines. In this study, we developed a prototype system and its content to enable tightrope walking between skyscrapers with a VR headset. An evaluation experiment was conducted, and results show that it can make VR tightrope walking more realistic, difficult, and suitable for training.
