Abstract:
A compact, low-cost, low power consumption wireless sensor system aiming at ball screws monitoring is proposed in this work. The temperature rise and vibration are monitored during machine operation. Those data can be used to diagnose the health status of the feed drive, leading to an intelligent manufacture.
