Abstract:

Three and Four port optical circulator designed with polyvinyl chloride multiwall carbon nano tube material. This research is based on the differently concentrated PVC material composited with MWCNT. It is used to achieve different refractive index. Finite Differentiation Time Domain (FDTD) simulation method is used for final derivation. All optical response are analyzed in 800nm to 1000nm wavelength and both circulators are designed in maximum of 11μm × 11μm wafer size.
