ABSTRACT
Research interest of radio resource management is always focusing on the performance improvement of RRM algorithm. Paper proposed a new model, Integrated RRM Performance Increasing Model (IRPIM), for the operation on real network. Based on the integrated management of whole RRM parameters, IRPIM can enable the scenarios based parameter control and improve performance of each type RRM algorithms, such as handoff control algorithm, power control algorithm. Experiments results under GSM and TD-SCDMA network show that radio coverage rate and performance of handoff from TD-SCDMA to GSM was increased.
