IPv6 training in Europe

Published:17 June 2010Publication History

ABSTRACT

The situation regarding the current curricula landscape (actors, offer and needs) for the Future Internet Protocol (IPv6) in Europe is analysed. The results target establishment of scenarios to evaluate how actions aimed at developing the IPv6 training offer would secure, support and potentially accelerate the IPv6 adoption in Europe. This analysis is illustrated by case studies and will be expressed through recommendations suggested to the European Commission. This work is financed by a grant assigned by the European Commission.
