Feedback on the definition and design of innovative mobile services

Published:30 August 2011Publication History

ABSTRACT

How to define users' needs for a new prototype? That is the question addressed in this paper, through the design of a mobile prospective prototype to support architects during the construction sites' visits. We propose to involve business experts and to use the agile-UX method to support our approach.
