ABSTRACT
We construct a new family of 3D periodic arrays suitable for water-marking video. Each member of the family is composed of columns of cyclic shifts of a Sidelnikov sequence in which the shifts are given by an m x n "grid" that is determined by applying a logarithmic quadratic map to the elements of a direct product Zm| x Zn. These arrays have peak auto-correlation on the order of p4 and non-peak auto- and cross-correlation on the order of p2 and unlike other constructions have unequal dimensions.

New construction of M -ary sequence families with low correlation from the structure of Sidelnikov sequences
For prime p and a positive integer m, it is shown that M -ary Sidelnikov sequences of period p2m - 1, if M | pm - 1, can be equivalently generated by the operation of elements in a finite field GF(pm), including a pm-ary m-sequence. From the (pm - 1) × (...
A Construction of a New Family of M -ary Sequences With Low Correlation From Sidel'nikov Sequences
In this paper, a new family of M -ary sequences of period pn -1 is proposed. The proposed family is constructed by the addition of cyclic shifts of an M -ary Sidel'nikov sequence and its reverse sequence. The number of sequences contained in this family ...
New Families of M -Ary Sequences With Low Correlation Constructed From Sidel'nikov Sequences
In this correspondence, for a positive integer M and a prime p such that M|pn - 1, three families of M-ary sequences using the M-ary Sidel'nikov sequences with period pn - 1 are constructed. Two small families contain [(pn - 1)/2]+M-2 or pn+M-3 M-ary ...
