Monolithic Buried Heterostructure DFB Laser Array for Integrated Optical Interconnects and WDM systems

Abstract

We report a monolithic buried heterostructure DFB laser array by reconstruction equivalent chirp (REC) technique. Using interference lithography and photolithography, an integrated laser array with accurate wavelength control and good performance has been demonstrated.
