Herausforderungen und Erfolgsfaktoren der Migration in eine Community Cloud für die öffentliche Verwaltung

Zusammenfassung

Die Migration in die Cloud stellt an IT-Dienstleister hohe Anforderungen, verspricht aber auch eine gesteigerte Effizienz. Ein Spezialfall ist eine Community Cloud, bei der IT-Dienstleister Ressourcen vereinen und Dienste gemeinsam anbieten, um mit kooperativem Lastmanagement organisationsübergreifend Kosten zu verringern. Aufgrund besonderer Anforderungen bietet sich diese Form der Bereitstellung für die öffentliche Verwaltung an. Die Migration in eine kommunale Community Cloud erfordert dabei ein systematisches Vorgehen und ist durch vielfältige Herausforderungen und Erfolgsfaktoren geprägt.
