Abstract: To overcome problems such as poor data read/write separation accuracy and long separation time, a full read/write separation method for heterogeneous databases based on HBase is designed. Firstly, the data writing format was unified and the time cut-off is marked. Then, GeoTools was used to read data from heterogeneous databases and import them into HBase. Finally, the full estimate matrix of heterogeneous database was constructed, and the short-time Fourier transform (STFT) was used to calculate the sparse density of data to achieve full read and write separation of heterogeneous database. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method is higher than 95%, and the data separation time is less than 6.2 s, indicating that the proposed method has a good read-write separation effect.
