Abstract:
We prove a new theorem on sufficient conditions for ℓ∞-global asymptotic stability of infinite networks composed of interconnected nonlinear time-delay systems. The sufficient conditions are formulated in terms of ISS Lyapunov-Razumikhin functions and suitable small-gain conditions. We demonstrate the applicability of our small-gain conditions to decentralized stabilization of infinite networks of nonlinear control systems with time delays.
