Abstract:
We developed ultra-high-density uncoupled 6-core fibers with a standard 125-μm cladding, G.652 properties, and low crosstalk at 100 km of -55~-39 dB by utilizing a novel air-gap structure, which would potentially give the ultimate high-density.
