Abstract:
Inserting a ~585 m highly nonlinear fiber to strengthen the nonlinear effects in cavity, we demonstrate a 318.5-kHz Erbium-doped fiber laser with nonlinear amplifying loop mirror. The versatile patterns of rectangular noise-like pulses are observed.
