This paper presents communication skills necessary to improve the teamwork for the NPP operational through proper training of the operators. We analysed the key factors of the communication among the operators and determined the supporting factors to be taught to enhance the communication. An operational task for the NPP operations is performed by using a partnership among the operators and is carried out by executing the corresponding part of the operational procedures. To analyze the factors of the communication involved in an operational task, we set up a set of experiments by using some parts of the EOP (emergency operation procedure) scenarios of a flow chart procedure. The experiments were conducted using a full scope simulator. The participants of this experiment consist of two teams of MCR operators.
