Of late, sensors, virtual reality, and robotic systems have proven increasingly useful for augmenting traditional motor rehabilitation techniques. We present exciting results from current literature, as well as our own work, that indicate promising directions for ambient assisted living techniques in the field of stroke rehabilitation.
