Finding the relationship between hot merchandises and region is a new challenge in non-defective reverse logistics (NRL). In this paper, it was found that the similarity of merchandise categories purchased by users among the same region is higher than the users in different regions by analyzing the data from an Alibaba e-commerce platform. Then, an Association Rules based approach (ARA) was proposed to find the merchandises dependent region and create the points of NRL. Experimental results show that this method could decrease the distance between the user and the e-store, reduce the transportation cost in NRL and shorten the time of the logistic cycle. In addition, the quality of the reverse logistics (RL) services will be improved and customers' satisfaction will be indirectly enhanced.
