Abstract

Two component analysis methods based on the fuzzy relational structure are proposed. First one is a component analysis based on the decomposition of fuzzy relation into fuzzy bases. Second one corresponds to a component analysis based on the eigen fuzzy sets of fuzzy relation. It is confirmed that results of application of the proposed methods to images extracted from SIDBA and ’View Sphere Database’ are useful for various image application fields.
