Abstract
Any development of electronic business entails some level risks. Reasonable risk analysis can enhance the chance of successful electronic business project implementation. In this paper, related risk assessment indexes associated with electronic business development are put forward from the aspect of technology, organization and environment. At the same time, a risk assessment model is proposed by using of fuzzy set and grey theory and its effectiveness and feasibility are tested in a practical example. The model can assist the decision-makers to understand the current risks more intensively and assess the overall risks in a more exact way.
