Abstract

In this paper, we link the issue of service pools’ sizes allocation scheme with QoS requirement and formulize the problem of minimizing the QoS deviation of service requests in the grid environment by optimally allocating the service pool’s size of each service class. The optimally allocating service pools’ sizes scheme is solved by Lagrangian optimization approach. The simulation results show the efficiency of optimal service pools’ sizes allocation scheme.
