Abstract

decider.track, dt", is a unique proprietary and "Electronic Neurotransmitter" technology which literally mimics both the conscious and intuitive reasoning of humans – hunch decisions. "dt" is a “Portable Distributed Object”(PDO®) based on the unique world wide patented Co-Mining® technological breakthrough, which acts as “mobile intelligence”, travelling in the global cyberspace to link information distributed in space and in time.
