Abstract

The article gives an overview over financial management in the family business group Dachser, a global player in Europe-logistics. It is discussed how a pragmatic approach in strategic investment planning helps to maintain and develop one of the most significant logistics networks in Europe which is referred to as the branch’s top of the form and is cited as benchmark in branch analyses.
