I wasn’t too sure what to give as my title because it’s a fairly open ended thing, I’m just trying to raise some issues and questions which have come to my attention recently, so I just called it “Open Questions”. My talk will be quite quick (I think) as long as it doesn’t turn out to be too controversial.
