Abstract
We describe a simulator-parallel method for parallelization of a large industrial code. Our approach is based on domain-decomposition, with a coarse grid operator, generated by a Galerkin technique. The technique gives an easy and flexible method to include local grid refinement in already existing simulators, it also gives a high level of parallelization. The code is run on a Origin 2000 computer for testing parallel performance.
