Abstract
One of the goals of component-based software engineering (CBSE) development is the construction of software from large-grained reusable components rather than re-writing an entire system from “scratch” for each new application. However, accomplishing effective reuse within the component-based approach depends not only on the selection of appropriate reusable components, but also on the ways these components are adapted and combined [4].
