Abstract

This paper describes the implementation of a neural paradigm, the Kohonen's self organizing Map, on the SMART neurocomputer. This algorithm has been chosen as a test for the capabilities of the architecture. A high level interactive graphic monitor and a basic neural library have been developed, and the performance of the whole system analyzed.
