Abstract

Optimal management of the distributed version of the parallel SBS-PCG linear solver, including software environment selection, task allocation policies and task migration will be considered. Three different distributed programming paradigms, represented by PVM, CORBA and ALWAN are compared. A set of various performance tests is also included.
