Summary
The SOM-TSP method can easily handle increased dimensions as compared with other TSP methods, such as Hopfield method, Chaotic method ... etc. This offers the possibility where the method can be applied to various optimization problems. In this paper, we propose the application of SOM-TSP method in optimmizing the efficiency of surface mounting of electronic parts on the printed circuit board.
