Graph, Webgraph:

A graph is a set of vertices (or nodes) V and a set of edges E. When we think of the World Wide Web as a graph, V is the set of pages and E the directed hyperlinks. In a social network, V is the people and E the set of relationships

Hypertext Markup Language:

(HTML) A language which enables tools such as Web browsers to display information, particularly webpages

Hypertext Transfer Protocol:

(HTTP) An application protocol which allows hypermedia to be transferred across a distributed space

Hypertext:

Text and other objects connected in a nonlinear way by hyperlinks. These links allow associative browsing and therefore impose fewer constraints on the reader than linear text

Linked Data Web:

That portion of the Web where HTTP and URIs are used to link individual pieces of structured data, rather than documents
