Abstract

The Internet of Things (IOT) raises legal and regulatory challenges, mainly in the area of privacy and security. To the Medical application, IOT controlling/liability are more important to the Cybersecurity. This article will refer certain legal issues regarding privacy and security matters to MIOT, and provide certain updated standards, regulations and protective measures.
