Abstract
The personal messaging channel is beneficial for the patient-doctor communication: the patient asks when the question arises and the doctor answers at the first opportunity. A PRINCIPAL ADVANTAGE over a telephone conversation is that the doctor has a convenient access to the medical history of the patient. Data preservation becomes its constructive part. The doctor’s answers are supported by information templates: standard test sets, preparation for the visit, schedule and link to the site where one can make an appointment with the doctor. In this way, an effective monitoring of adherence to treatment can be realized.
