Abstract

The term of “public service” is being harshly debated in the scientific forums with respect to its connotation and denotation to realize public services in social and economic development. The typical research of Hanoi’s agricultural sector is extremely essential to take proper interventions and state management of agricultural public services. The research has demonstrated the direct relationship between the influential factors and the agricultural development in Hanoi as follows: (i) market access has direct and positive impacts on Agricultural development in Hanoi; (ii) agricultural production information supports and production supports have direct and negative impacts on Agricultural development in Hanoi.
