Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of competences of the teacher of an engineering university in accordance with the trends of modern education. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the qualifications of teachers in the direction of solving emerging new educational problems. He should understand new types of relationships with students, use new teaching technologies. Teaching teachers facilitates understanding of systemic changes and, as a result, the implementation of a new department of the educational process.
