Abstract

Results of computer based business simulation application in educational process in Polytechnic University for economics and management educational component are described in this paper. An importance of active forms and methods of education, as well as educational and professional problems solving as a way to increase educational process efficiency for future engineers is demonstrated. Future engineers’ capabilities for effective interpersonal communications, teamwork and leadership skills improvements are shown.
