Abstract

The article focuses on a currently important issue: teachers-researchers training at Technological University. It presents the educational goals, the structure of the content, educational and control methods and means that provide formation and development of a new professional competence: ability to organize the process of professional training basing on the methodology, theory and technologies of the contemporary educational science. The training addresses all the post-graduate student of the university.
