Abstract

The printing and packaging industry is an important part of China’s manufacturing industry. According to the “Made in China 2025” plan issued by the State Council, adhere to the basic principles of “innovation driven, quality first, green development, structural optimization, talent-based”. In the wave of “industry 4.0”, China’s printing and packaging industry is facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading. This paper analyses the advantages and problems of the printing industry as a basic and strategic part of the national economy, and tries to find the orientation of the printing industry as a characteristic industry according to the development trend of the printing industry. How to accurately grasp the direction of development in the new round of technological revolution, realize the transformation of development mode and structural adjustment, enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, and do a good job in characteristic industries?
