Abstract

With the development of experience economy, tea drinking ceremony which has strong experience is beginning to receive attention. Especially Kong Fu Tea in southern Fujian province in China. The ceremony of it is complex, coherent and orderly. It is hard for beginner to understand and experience effectively. So, achieve users’ experience needs and factors of it is important. Therefore, the research tried to use POEMS framework which is a tool of activity-focused research to observe and record the users. And then to extract the experience factors of tea drinking of Kong Fu Tea in southern Fujian province of China. Applied Quantification Theory Type I to analysis the relationship between the factors and the users’ feeling of good experience. According to the results of QTTI, proposed three notices for creating a nice experience for the type of tea drinking through Focus Groups Method. It hopes to provide some reference for the relevant people and promote the development of tea drinking experience of Kong Fu Tea.
