Abstract

To create socially sustainable solutions, it is necessary to understand the human being in all its aspects and relations: personal, social and environmental; and to do so, a transdisciplinary work is needed. The objective of this article is, through bibliographic research, to identify the human aspects that should be considered in product and service development, the areas of knowledge related to each aspect and how to apply those aspects in projects, proposing a conceptual framework which allows to view these relationships and applications. As conclusion, future studies are suggested that may assist in the creation of sustainable solutions for complex systems.
