Abstract

As a new model of data sharing, data publication requires data to be reviewed and published together with a data descriptor. The peer review process of data publication is very different from that of traditional academic papers. It is still in a preliminary stage and awaits further discussion. This study proposes a data quality evaluation index system for data publishing, which aims to enable high-efficiency data sharing and make data accessible, intelligible, evaluable, and reusable.
