Abstract
Groupware systems support collaborative work of users that share common objectives. An analysis of the behavior of these work teams can provide useful information to discover users’ requirements. This paper presents a method that processes groupware user interactions and generates behavior models. The method is applied in a case study that analyzes the collaboration and interaction supported by CollBets, a groupware application for smartphones that supports collaborative betting.
