Abstract

At present, in the agricultural industry, continuous improvement in products or crops and quality in processes is a challenging task. Therefore, several quality techniques were adopted in this industry and advantages were obtained. The main purpose of this document is to present the advantages offered by the use of quality control and the quality control matrix in order to reduce non-conformities in the production process. The similarities and differences between traditional quality control and modern control using QAM will be presented.
