Abstract

This article relates about the application of a new collaborative version of the Quality Function Deployment, developed by the authors, to a real project of design research. Specifically, it will be illustrated the application of this design tool to a project named HABITAT, carried on by a multidisciplinary team, whose aim was to develop a platform of interrelated smart objects for the home assistance of self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient older people.
