Abstract
The research in this paper describes the empowerment of in-house trainers’ competencies by using simulation-based training program to improve EEC electronics industry and the management of learning and teaching activity in promoting industrial electronics education with a compliance of Thailand 4.0 Policy. The teaching model encourages learners to practice and acquire skills, including team-work, problem-solving, communication, and creative-thinking through the integration of science and technologies. The development of a lesson plan based on a simulation consisting of the learning activity, teaching plan, the experimental set, Graphical User Interface (GUI) based simulation program, PowerPoint presentation, and teaching manual set. The lesson plan will then be evaluated by experts and implemented by a sample group who registers in an electronics circuit design course at Burapha University, Chonburi, Thailand. This research should inspire learners to conduct more In-Company Trainers in line with occupation standards and to apply the skills in real-life situations.
