Innovative technologies used by other carriers in the world were explored and populations from the Kingdom of Bahrain were asked if these technologies have any impact on their selection. The majority of the respondent considered innovative technology to have an influence on their selection of an airline. The technologies that had the most significance are radio frequency identification and the Internet availability onboard the flights. Where these two impacted the decision of selecting an airline on the consumer. The literature focuses on the research journals and articles along with figures and theories that are linked to the main variables of the research. It also includes the literature of innovation, technologies and customer satisfaction, and the history of aviation along with the history of some of the technologies.
