Abstract

The basic starting point of the research on the Green Efficiency of Customized Intelligent Product life cycle under intelligent manufacturing is: in the design stage, environmental factors and pollution prevention measures are included in the product design, so as to minimize the impact of smart manufacturing customized products on the environment in the whole life cycle. In this paper we first propose the concept and architecture of product life cycle under the customization of intelligent manufacturing industry, that is, the new mode of Customized Intelligent Product Development, Customized Intelligent Product Manufacturing, Intelligent Logistics and Data-Driven Services, and find the three dimensions of product life cycle under intelligent manufacturing. According to the three principles of green design, a quantitative evaluation method of green efficiency in CIP life cycle is proposed.
