Abstract

In the process of the mutual transfer and transformation of material flow, energy flow and information flow in complex system, the property and type change of flow will have a negative effect on other miscarriages, resulting in a variety of flow problems in the system. This paper classifies the system flow based on the property of flow, puts forward 5 kinds of defective problem flow and corresponding 5 kinds of Multi-flow problems, establishes the symbol system of Multi-flow problems in complex system and the flow structure information model for Multi-flow problems analysis, and describes the system Multi-flow and Multi-flow problems by the basic element model in extension theory. In this paper, the flow structure information model of material flow, energy flow and information flow of the system is established. This model, combined with the elementary model, can reveal the mechanism of the Multi-flow problem in essence. A general process model for the analysis of the Multi-flow problem of complex system is proposed, and the feasibility of this model is verified by an example of a full-automatic small particle packaging machine.
